NEW YORK, November 16, 2010 – TransPerfect Legal Solutions (TLS) has appointed Michael Wudke to lead the company’s global Digital Forensics practice group. In this role, he will reinforce the company’s long-standing commitment to help clients leverage innovative technology to solve challenges related to litigation and investigations, as well as collect and preserve electronic data.
Michael joins TransPerfect from LECG Corporation. He has over 10 years of experience as a computer fraud investigator and trainer, project manager, electronic discovery consultant and testifying expert. Prior to LECG, Wudke worked at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP where he managed the New York Analytic and Forensic Technology Practice and large-scale projects in support of litigation that included computer forensics, online data hosting and review, electronic discovery, and litigation readiness consulting.
Earlier in his career, Michael was instrumental in the development of the first Department of Energy Computer Forensic Laboratory. He was responsible for writing and implementing the evidence handling procedures for the PricewaterhouseCoopers Computer Forensic Laboratory. Throughout his career, he has successfully conducted computer forensic examinations and recovered critical digital evidence in support of numerous federal and corporate investigations. He has testified as an expert witness and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Wudke will also be managing the global expansion of TransPerfect Legal Solutions’ services related to forensic analysis, evidence collection, and investigations.
