This course is an introduction to the workflows and technology encountered during electronic discovery.  It is designed to equip participants with a solid foundation in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), exploring the entire eDiscovery process, from identification and preservation to production and presentation of electronic evidence. Participants will gain an understanding of the EDRM's sequential stages and learn best practices for each phase, including data collection, processing, review, analysis and production.
