Best Practices in Multi-Language Discovery
The following is a recording from a past CLE presentation hosted by TLS. In order to receive CLE credits, you must attend a live presentation.
If interested in receiving an invite to TLS’s next live CLE presentation, please email ContinuingLegalEducation@transperfect.com.
In today’s globalized business environment, collections of electronically stored information (ESI) increasingly include non-English data. Traditional e-discovery technologies fail to comprehensively manage multi-language data sets, resulting in missed documents, delays, and excessive price tags. Our panel of experts discuss how advanced technology—including natural language processing and neural machine translation—can be integrated into an e-discovery workflow from processing through review and production across the entire EDRM. This webinar aims to help lawyers mitigate the risk of missing vital information, while increasing time and cost efficiency.
This program has been approved for one-hour of substantive CLE credit in Pennsylvania and one-hour of technology CLE credit in Florida. Accreditation for this program is pending for one substantive credit in California, Georgia, and New York (experienced attorneys). Credit is also provided for any reciprocal jurisdiction.
